Warranty & Replacement Policy

 

  1. We provide 7 days replacement warranty for all products. Customer can have exchange facility only if the product has any issue within this 7 days time period. To avail exchange facility, customer must return the product along with the packaging & invoice. If the product has any physical damage, warranty won't be applied. Change of mind exchange won't be applicable.
  2. Some specific products have 1 year warranty or 18 months or other. If the product faces any internal problem within this time period, customer can claim warranty. To avail warranty, customer must return the product along with the packaging & invoice. If the product has any physical damage, warranty won't be applied.
  3. For replacement or warranty claim, customer can directly come to out physical shop and return their product without any cost. Customer can also send the product via courier / delivery man. For this, customer have to pay full delivery cost for both sending and receiving the products later. LN Gadget House won't pay for any delivery charges.
  4. For company provided warranty, it may take some time to get back the replacement products. In this case, we request our valuable customers to wait patiently for the replacement process.
  5. To claim warranty customer must keep the invoice preserved. If the complete invoice is not presented at the time of exchange, a warranty won't be applicable. the customer must deliver the product in its original packaging.
  6. Warranty or replacement won't be applied to defects caused by any physical damage to the goods or Electrical overload, inexpert installation service
